MEOC’s mission is to prevent unnecessary institutionalization and to enable persons in remaining independent in their own homes in their own communities. MEOC is further committed to the prevention, intervention and treatment of abuse of both the young and the old.

Elder Services seeks a candidate with superior leadership, demonstrated organizational, team building and contract management skills; and excellent communication and decision making abilities. A wide breadth of knowledge of social work and clinical experience in the delivery of in-home services is required. A master’s degree in human services or related field preferred. Bachelor’s degree with a minimum five years’ experience in administration, supervision, program planning and development required. Master’s degree in Social Work a plus.
