MetLife Foundation Older Volunteers Enrich America Program Awards
in partnership with the
National Association of Area Agencies on Aging
The 2007 MetLife Foundation Older Volunteers Enrich America Program Awards, administered by n4a, builds on the Foundation's and n4a's shared commitment to and support for healthy aging and volunteer initiatives.
This program honors and disseminates the promising practices of high-performing volunteer programs. Awards of Excellence will be given in 2007 to three outstanding volunteer programs whose practices in recruitment, orientation and training, retention and recognition of older volunteers may serve as models for others. Ten additional exemplary programs will be recognized with Awards of Achievement.
The Call for Nominations is closed. We thank those of you who submitted nominations on behalf of programs utilizing older volunteers.
