Pre-Registration closes July 18, 2013. Onsite registration will be available.
The option to pay by check is available through the registration site until June 21, 2013; after which only credit card payments will be accepted.

Full Conference Registration fee includes entry to the Tradeshow, workshops and general sessions, refreshment breaks, three continental breakfasts, one lunch and a reception on Monday.
One-Day Registration fee includes entry to the Tradeshow (except Tuesday), workshops, general sessions and conference meals scheduled for the selected day.
ACL Pre-Conference Workshop (Two separate sessions on Saturday and Sunday) is not included in the registration fee and must be purchased separately to cover the cost of materials.
Pre-Conference Intensives, Special Sessions, Mobile Workshops, Other Conference Workshops listed on the agenda that require pre-registration must be added to the order at the time of registration to attend. All other concurrent/conference workshops are open to attendees and do not require pre-registration.
We understand that events may occur that prevent you from attending. If you find yourself unable to attend the n4a 2013 Conference, you may:
- Send a Substitute
Know someone else who is interested in attending? Payment of a $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person, simply notify n4a 2013 c/o Conference Solutions in writing by email, fax or mail. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Substitutions can be made up until the pre-registration deadline or at the onsite Registration Desk.
- Request a Refund
We are happy to accommodate a refund if you are unable to find a substitute prior to the cancellation deadline. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by email or mail to n4a 2013 c/o Conference Solutions at the address above. Cancellations received by June 27, 2013, will receive a refund less a $100 administrative fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations received after June 27, 2013.
If for any reason the Conference should be cancelled, n4a 2013 will refund the registration fee. The Conference is not responsible for the refund of airfare, hotel, or other costs. Refunds of credit card payments are made to the same account used for the payment.
