Senate Releases Draft OAA Reauthorization BillEarlier this week the bipartisan working group consisting of leadership and staff from the Senate Aging and Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (HELP) Committees, released a slate of amendments it is considering for the reauthorization of the Older Americans Act. The legislative package, Modernization of the Older Americans Act Amendments, includes a number of n4a’s key policy positions, including those pertaining to caregiver programs, flexibility, social isolation and innovation and research.
