Funding Opportunity from the Community Care Corps Coming Soon!

The Community Care Corps has announced that funding will soon be available for a new round of grants through a Request for Proposals process. This national program is administered by the Oasis Institute with support from n4a, the Caregiver Action Network and the Altarum Institute with funding from ACL.

In 2020, the Community Care Corps awarded grants to 23 local organizations from across the U.S. to establish, enhance and grow model programs in which volunteers assist with non-medical tasks and provide companionship and support to family caregivers. Community Care Corps seeks to fund additional projects this year to foster innovative volunteer models in communities across the country that support older adults, adults with disabilities and family caregivers to maintain their independence, health and well-being. To receive more grant information when it is available, visit the Community Care Corps website and click on “Stay Up to Date.”
