Don’t Miss Your Chance for Community Care Corps Funding!

The deadline is fast approaching for the second cycle of funding through the Community Care Corps. Through the grants it awards, the Community Care Corps seeks to fund innovative local models in which volunteers assist family caregivers or directly assist older adults or adults with disabilities with non-medical care to maintain their independence. Proposals are due July 9, 2021.

Download the Request for Proposals for more information on this exciting opportunity available to AAAs, Title VI Programs and other organizations. This national program is administered by the Oasis Institute with support from n4a, the Caregiver Action Network and the Altarum Institute with funding from ACL.

If your agency is not applying for a grant and you are interested in serving as a grant reviewer, please send your contact information and a brief bio to Meredith Hanley, mhanley@n4a.org. External reviewers would be expected to review four to eight applications between approximately July 12 and July 30. Total time spent would range from four to 12 hours.
