Countdown to New Orleans: Pre-Conference Intensives
With n4a's Annual Conference and Tradeshow just a few weeks away, our weekly newsletter will highlight some of the most-anticipated parts of the Conference. Today, we'll take a close look at Pre-Conference Sessions, which provide an opportunity for AAAs to gain deep knowledge about issues important to AAAs and the broader Aging Network.

New to the field or newly promoted? This must-attend boot camp will get you up to speed on the history (and future!) of the Aging Network. You'll tap the knowledge of veteran AAA directors about which issues you can't afford to ignore and hear first-year lessons learned from several “rookies.” There is no fee for this session, but please do sign up in advance.
Foundations and Frameworks in Information & Referral Programs
8:30 AM to Noon and 1:00 to 3:45 on Sunday, July 28
This two-part session will prepare Information and Referral Managers, ADRC Coordinators, Resource Specialists and others with information, best practices and successful implementation strategies on new developments and emerging topics in the field of Information and Referral/Assistance (I&R/A) programs. Participants will hear from national leaders and receive updates on important trends and developments—and how these have been successfully applied in AAA I&R/A programs.
