AIRS Certification for Call Center Staff

Certifications from the Alliance of Information and Referral Systems can help your AAA's front-line staff address the needs of consumers contacting your agency. The certifications have new names but maintain the same requirements. 

The Alliance of Information and Referral Systems has long set the standard for certification of call center staff by developing standards for professionals in the field of aging services, allowing them to hone their skills and attain the following certifications with new names:
 
  • CRS - Certification for Community Resource Specialist
  • CRS-A/D - Certification for Community Resource Specialist - Aging/Disabilities
  • CRS-DC - Certification for Community Resource Specialist - Database Curator
