CBOs' Health IT Challenges Focus of March 13 Webinar

One of the biggest obstacles to creating integrated care partnerships remains the difficulty many community-based organizations (CBOs) face in financing, building and maintaining an integrated IT system that can capture and transmit relevant data.

Responding to this challenge is vital, as future CBO work with health care providers and payers will require the seamless exchange of information across organizations.

On March 13, a new Aging and Disability Business Institute webinar will tackle this topic, helping organizations make sense of the health IT (HIT) landscape and steering them towards potential opportunities for help with funding and development. Expert speakers from ACL, CMS and n4a will dive into the federal HI-TECH Act, exploring its role as the foundation of government-based HIT efforts and digging deeper into its regulatory language from a CBO perspective.

Staying ahead of the technology curve is always a struggle. Tune in to this webinar to find out how your organization might get in front of these issues and better position itself for the integrated care future. Register today
