New NADTC Report Explores Emerging Transportation Trends

The National Aging and Disability Transportation Center (NADTC) has released a new report in an effort to capture current and future trends in transportation. This report explores seven transportation-related issues identified by NADTC as having a significant effect on the availability of accessible transportation in communities in 2016, issues that have been, and will continue to be, hot button topics in this field.

Featuring high level summaries, best practices, and key statistics, the report, Transportation Trends: A Look at the Year's Top Mobility Challenges & Opportunities, explores the Americans with Disabilities Act, Accessible Bikeshare, Crossing Jurisdictional Boundaries, First Mile/Last Mile, Safety, Section 5310 and Shared Ride Services. The full report is available for download on the NADTC website.

NADTC is a partnership between n4a and Easterseals and funded by the Federal Transit Administration.
