Dementia and Brain Health Survey Extended!

AAA Directors: We have extended the deadline for n4a's dementia and brain health survey to March 26. Check your inbox to take this survey today! n4a knows that AAAs are stepping up to help older adults and caregivers in communities around the country with innovative programs and services related to dementia and brain health—but we need to hear from you to learn more about what is going on in the field.

All AAAs that complete the survey by Tuesday, March 26 will be entered into a contest to win one of two prizes.  One winner will receive a complimentary set of 50 copies of n4a's most in-demand publications. A second winner will receive a customized webinar from n4a staff on how to start a Dementia Friendly Community.

AAA responses to the survey will be highlighted in a report showcasing the innovative strategies and programs that AAAs have successfully developed to address challenges faced by individuals with dementia and their caregivers. The survey also addresses AAA training on and programs developed for brain health, which is defined as the ability to remember, learn, play, concentrate and maintain a clear, active mind.
