n4a Participates in Capitol Hill Briefing on Medicare Advantage Opportunities for Aging Network

n4a's Senior Director, Public Policy and Advocacy, Autumn Campbell, joined the Better Medicare Alliance and other Medicare policy experts at a Capitol Hill briefing last week to discuss the shifting demographic trends of Medicare Advantage beneficiaries and emerging opportunities for AAAs and other CBOs to deliver expanded supplemental and social services.

Following the implementation of the Chronic Care Act, Medicare Advantage plans can now include an expanded suite of supplemental services that AAAs and other CBOs can provide to chronically ill beneficiaries. n4a submitted comments earlier this year supporting these additional services, and has been a leader in ensuring that AAAs and other Aging Network stakeholders understand and can realize the increasing opportunities to contract with Medicare Advantage plans through the Aging and Disability Business Institute.
