ACL Administrator Highlights the Importance of Contracts with Health Care to Address SDOH

A blog post published in Health Affairs by Assistant Secretary for Aging and ACL Administrator Lance Robertson and The SCAN Foundation President and CEO Bruce Chernof earlier this week highlights the growing capacity of AAAs and other community-based organizations to address the social determinants of health for older adults in their communities. Laying out a roadmap for the future of these partnerships, Robertson and Chernof identify AAAs as an integral part of building CBO networks and formalizing integrated service delivery.
