Business Institute

The mission of the Aging and Disability Business Institute (Business Institute) is to build and strengthen partnerships between community-based organizations (CBOs) and the health care system—a vision intended to improve the health and well-being of America’s older adults and people with disabilities through improved and increased access to quality services and evidence-based programs. Such access can help older adults and people with disabilities live with dignity and independence in their homes and communities. The Business Institute serves as the national focal point to build the business acumen of Area Agencies on Aging and other CBOs.
