Edgar Ayala joined n4a in May 2019 and serves as an Information and Referral Specialist in the person-centered Eldercare Locator Call Center. He is one of four bilingual team members. Edgar connects callers—older adults, caregivers and people with disabilities—to the services provided by Area Agencies on Aging, Title VI programs and other national and local aging resources.
Before joining n4a, Edgar worked in customer service and hospitality management. He attended Catholic University in Washington, DC and studied Business Administration and Computer Science.
