Carlos Dávila joined the n4a-operated, person-centered Eldercare Locator Call Center in March 2011. He is the evening lead Senior Enhanced Services Specialist who connects callers and Spanish-speaking older adults, caregivers and people with disabilities to the services provided by Area Agencies on Aging, Title VI programs and other national and local aging resources.
Prior to n4a, Carlos worked for Thomson Reuters as a Wealth Management Client Service Representative, supporting different finance software applications, and as a Resource Center Services Representative. His 20 years of client service management experience includes working as an Account Executive, Product Communication Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, Consumer Counselor and Survey Analyst within several diverse organizations. He holds a BA in Communications and Political Science from the University of Colorado. He is a Certified Information and Referral Specialist in Aging and Disabilities (CIRS-A/D).
