Danita Gregory

Danita joined n4a in November 2014 and serves as an Information Specialist in the person-centered Eldercare Locator Call Center. She connects callers—older adults, caregivers and people with disabilities—to the services provided by Area Agencies on Aging, Title VI Native American aging programs and other national and local aging resources.

Prior to working for n4a, Danita worked in customer service for more than 10 years. With a background in the transportation, she worked as a dispatcher and reservation agent for Metro Access para transit call center of the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority in Hyattsville, MD.
