Sheena Phillip joined n4a in March 2015 and serves as an Enhanced Services Specialist in the person-centered Eldercare Locator Call Center. She connects callers—older adults, caregivers and people with disabilities—to the services provided by Area Agencies on Aging, Title VI Native American aging programs and other national and local aging resources.
Before joining the n4a staff, Sheena worked for five years as a Customer Service Specialist at the Bedford-Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation in Brooklyn, NY. Additionally, she worked with the Organization of American States on their Electoral Observation Mission in the Bahamas during the summer of 2012. Sheena graduated from Berkeley College with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration (B.B.A) with a concentration in International Business. While obtaining her degree, she volunteered with the Coalition for the Homeless at St. Bartholomew’s Church handing out meals. She is a Certified Information and Referral Specialist in Aging and Disabilities (CIRS-A/D).
