A growing number of organizations are working actively to show respect for their diverse stakeholders and optimize their mission performance by becoming intentional about being race-informed. Webinar attendees will learn why race-informed work is critical for aging organizations, concrete ways to do that work and case examples of where it is happening. In addition, webinar attendees will be introduced to a user-friendly tool, the Racial Equity Impact Analysis, that a growing number of organizations have adopted in their everyday decision-making. Both speakers are practitioners with backgrounds in aging whose work actively advances racial equity.
