VD-HCBS Care Coordinator-Benefit Eligibility Specialist
This is a position on the staff of the Area Agency on Aging responsible for providing the coordination and administrative support necessary to coordinate, implement and administer the activities of the Veteran Directed Home and Community Based Services (VD HCBS) Program as well as assisting with completion and entry of ADRC 701S screenings and education contacts. All work is performed under the general direction of the Director of Client Services and is reviewed through regular conferences and reports for achievement of desired results. This position requires a high degree of organizational skill and initiative.
